When you book a service with us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the service address (street, city, postal code) needed to dispatch a technician. We also save the address itself, separately from your contact details, once it's been confirmed as a real address, so we don't have to re-verify the same street every time someone books there.
Why We Collect It
We use this information only to schedule and deliver the service you've requested: confirming your booking, contacting you about your appointment, and sending a technician to the right address. We don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How It's Stored & Protected
Your information is stored in a secured database with row-level access controls. Public website visitors and unauthenticated requests have no read or write access to this data — only our backend systems, using credentials that never reach the browser, can access it.
Who Can Access It
Access is limited to Rapid Support staff who need it to schedule and complete your service. We don't link your booking history to a permanent customer profile — each booking stands on its own.
Your Rights
